Fully Is Closing End of April 2023

Searching for a great deal on a standing desk? You may find Fully.com's Spring Sale an amazing deal but they are closing as of the end of April 2023.  Since December, Fully has had aggressive sale prices to liquidate their inventory.  These sales are all final as they recently added this message on all listings: 

All Sales on Fully.com Are Final 

As listed on each produt page: "Items are sold as is, and we do not offer any returns or exchanges, with the exception of damaged, defective, or incorrect items."

Fully.com No Longer Taking Orders End of April 2023

Per Work While Walking, Fully has informed their suppliers that they will be shutting their doors with the following letter. 

" We have made the decision to close Fully as a standalone brand and sell select Fully items through Design Within Reach and Herman Miller. We wanted to share this information as well as information about the go-forward production, because you are a Fully supplier. Over the next several months, we will wind down Fully operations. We expect to stop taking orders and transactions on Fully.com by the end of April 2023." 

Why is Fully.com Closing?

We do not know the exact reason. What we do know is that Knoll aquired Fully in 2019 to add an eCommerce channel to their portfolio.  Then, in 2021, Herman Miller aquired Knoll.  On 3/22/23 MillerKnoll Inc. reported during its 3rd quarter fiscal results (source: Yahoo Finance) that they would no longer be selling through fully.com and that a select number of Fully products would move to their other sales channels.  

Fully.com Removes Customer Service Number, Chat

Fully has removed their customer service phone number from their website as well as chat. Email is the only option to contact someone at this time. Their warranty information has moved from front and center as a selling point on their banner to their footer under FAQ.  In short, while their sale may be a great deal, it may be difficult to get support.
